With life, work, family, hobbies, and sleep, where is there time to exercise? We all know how important it is but there are so many times that fitness falls to the bottom of our priority lists. There just never seems to be enough time in the day! Especially when you're expected to change into special clothes and go to a special place, like the gym or the park. It just adds so much extra unnecessary time and effort!
This is why I've been absolutely loving the Sworkit app. Get this- I just did a 20 minute ab workout in my room while watching the Real Housewives of Orange County! I didn't have to go anywhere, waste any time, or even think about the exercises I had to do! Basically, the Sworkit app is your own personal trainer... and trust me, it'll kick your butt into shape!
So whenever you get 5, 10, or 15 extra minutes of time, here's all you have to do:
- Open the app
- Choose whether you'd like to do strength training exercises or yoga/cardio exercises
- Then from there, choose the workout more specifically
- Lastly, choose how many minutes you plan to workout and you're all ready!
So if you have 5 minutes before work, do a quick arm workout! In fact, I've been waking up a half hour earlier than normal and getting in a quick 30 minute workout. This really starts my day off right and feels so great!
